Distilled in small batches and infused with honey produced from our hives around Market Harborough, this gin delivers remarkable depth and character. Gentle floral notes lead into layers of citrus, warming spice and soft honeyed sweetness, creating a smooth and refined spirit with a long, elegant finish.
Nose:
Complex aromas of vibrant summer flowers from the honey combined with juniper and citrus fruit notes.
Palate:
The palate is a soft with hints of citrus and honey.
